Urgent notice: Don't store too many credits in OpenAI's API. They often suspend accounts for no reason, and once your account is suspended, the money inside cannot be refunded. I lost a few hundred dollars just like that. Is this their way of generating revenue?? Their original reply: Thank you for reaching out! Our policy does not allow refunds for API prepaid credits.
