Wu Blockchain has learned that Grayscale Near Trust (NEAR) has submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, intending to transfer its shares currently traded on OTCQB (ticker GSNR) to be listed on NYSE Arca after the registration becomes effective, and rename it to Grayscale Near Trust ETF upon completion of the process.
