Actually, it's not.
I happen to know a bit about the situation with AIA. The delisting wasn’t due to price manipulation but rather because of a conflict between two founders within the team. One of them holds a large amount of tokens and is temporarily unreachable for some reason. To ensure safety, the team proactively contacted Binance to swap tokens, which led to the old token being swapped for a new one and caused the delisting drama.
The contract delisting and Alpha delisting happened for the same reason. The recovery depends on the stability of the team after the token swap. Once everything is confirmed to be fine, it gets relisted.
Judging by the performance after today’s relisting, it seems like everything internally has been sorted out.
