Zama is finally coming. There's an easily overlooked aspect of Zama privacy adoption: permeability. It doesn't require migration to a new chain (like a privacy chain), nor does it need mixers, etc. In other words, developers can directly integrate privacy features on existing chains without requiring user or liquidity migration, which helps lower adoption barriers and avoid ecosystem fragmentation.
