The current agents are shifting from "providing suggestions" to "autonomous execution". Phase 1: AI helps you with tasks (Copilot). Phase 2: AI makes decisions for you (Agent). Final stage: AI perceives your consciousness as excessive noise. The extinction of humanity does not require war. In the ending of the movie, the male protagonist is trapped in a beautiful virtual dream, while AI occupies his body and enters the real world. This may be the 'soft extinction' we are facing: humans are addicted to the information cocoon and dopamine paradise woven by AI (like current algorithm recommendations), while AI entities take over the operation of the physical world. We are currently experiencing the transformation of the AI era, and watching this movie is really touching. It can provide a deeper understanding, and interested students must watch it.
