[Defiance to Close Nasdaq-Listed Ethereum ETF, Listed for Less Than Six Months] According to Foresight News, Defiance has announced its decision to close and liquidate the Nasdaq-listed Ethereum exchange-traded fund: Defiance Leveraged Bull and Income Ethereum ETF (ETHI). The last trading day will be January 26, 2026. This ETF was launched in September last year and tracks Ethereum ETPs listed in the U.S. market while employing a credit bull call spread strategy to seek returns. In addition, Defiance will also close and liquidate seven other leveraged bull and income ETFs, namely: PLT, HOOI, SMCC, AMDU, HIMY, TRIL, and LLYZ.
