A few days ago, I couldn't figure it out either, but after sorting out my thoughts yesterday, the market became much clearer. It's just fluctuating between the strongest resistance level and the strongest support level. The strongest resistance level can't be broken through in one go; it has to pull back and gather momentum. Where does it pull back to? Usually, it stabilizes in the strongest support area below, consolidates for a few days, and then continues to push upward (as long as the main funds haven't completely exited).
