BREAKING: Tomorrow, in an unprecedented move, President Trump is expected to announce an "emergency power auction" that would force technology giants to pay for new power plants. The initiative is expected to construct $15 BILLION worth of new power plants. PJM, the nation's largest grid operator, will be leading the initiative with Trump.
