From a technical perspective, the BTC daily candlestick has continuously touched the downward trend line of $90588 for the past three days between 1/8 and 1/10, but has not effectively fallen below it; It can be seen as a second retracement after breaking through the line on 1/3 of the day, followed by consecutive stops on 1/11-1/22, indicating a bullish trend at the daily level. (Figure 1) At the same time, yesterday's rally also broke through the resistance level of $94789 above, which is where the downward trend line of the 3-day K is located. In our tweet on January 2nd, we analyzed that this is a critical judgment point. After the 5.19 event in the previous cycle, as well as in April of 2025, there have been similar paths of "indicator deviation → price and trend line deviation narrowing → strong rebound" (see citation for details). (Figure 2) Of course, it's not entirely accurate yet. We'll have to wait until January 15th to confirm at the $94789 station. But now it may only be at the daily level, and if it encounters resistance at a larger level and rebounds, it will ultimately be a range oscillation. But if we break through upwards and reach a larger level, such as the 3-day line, the magnitude and duration of the rebound will also increase accordingly. My understanding is that this is the process of transmitting from a small level to a large level. (Figure 3) At present, looking back at the 4-hour level, the potential energy indicator below is beginning to show a decline, with initial divergence and overbought signals. At the same time, the price has touched the expected price line of the fourth level, indicating that the short-term surge is too fast and there is some weakness in the future. This seems to be verifying the judgment of "advancing two and retreating one or advancing three and retreating two". Many times, when we combine on chain data with K-line technology, we will find many interesting similarities. Although I cannot explain the reasons clearly, they all lead to the same goal, ultimately based on emotions, behaviors, and supply and demand.
