Why is it that when Musk says making money is meaningless, it doesn’t get mocked like Jack Ma’s 'I’m not interested in money' statement from ten years ago? I think when someone is super rich, eating, drinking, and dressing pretty much the same as you, using a similar phone and driving a similar car, and then they say making money is meaningless, to some extent, it’s more likely to be accepted. What people truly envy about him isn’t his money anymore, but his companies, his mindset, and his vision.
