HTX Introduces Pilot Taker Incentive Program for Market Makers

To further enhance platform trading activity and elevate user experience, HTX will launch the Pilot Taker Incentive Program for Market Makers in January 2026. This initiative is designed to provide high-volume market makers with more competitive taker fee rates, incentivizing efficient order execution and collaboratively strengthening overall platform liquidity. I. Assessment Rules 1. Pilot Period: January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026 2. Business Line: USDT-M futures 3. Assessment Details: 4. Fee Implementation: Once the assessment criteria for the current month are met, the Pro Taker Fee Rate will take effect in the first week of the following month. The rate remains valid for 30 days from the effective date. Example: If your USDT-M Futures trading volume accounts for 5% of the platform’s total in January 2026, you will receive the Pro 1 Taker rate starting the first week of February. This rate will remain in effect for 30 days from the effective date (e.g. if it becomes effective on February 2, it will remain valid until March 4). 5. HTX will closely monitor Market Makers and disqualify any found engaging in fraudulent behavior, including, but not limited to, maliciously inflating trading volume, creating fake accounts in bulk, wash trading, or order matching.
