According to the National Development and Reform Commission, the "Measures for the Administration of Central Budgetary Investment Subsidies and Discounted Interest Projects" was reviewed and approved at the 26th Commission Meeting on December 26, 2025, and is hereby announced. It will come into effect on March 1, 2026.
