Whether US exchanges can actually compete or keep losing volume offshore. David Sacks: "We are closer than ever to passing the landmark crypto market structure legislation." This is important is because institutional capital that's been waiting on the sidelines will finally have a green light. The compliance uncertainty that's kept banks and funds away starts to dissolve. And those banks and funds are very ready. Not saying this hearing changes everything overnight.
