This is probably the most miserable public offering in the past two years— @infinex public offering for 5 million, only 1.54 million raised since the 3rd, with 3 days left to go. The project team has repeatedly changed the rules: the public offering amount was reduced from 15 million to 5 million, valuation dropped from 300 million to 100 million, the individual limit of 2500 USDT was removed, and random allocation was canceled. Still, it couldn’t turn the tide. The one-year lock-up mechanism scared off a bunch of people. For a project with some buzz to achieve results like this, it would’ve been unimaginable last year!
