It’s unclear whether all of them were resolved, though the volume of “work left to do” comments I’m seeing from attendees suggest probably not yet. Notably, the list includes a “non-SDN blacklist” and unlicensed money transmitter rules under 18 U.S.C. § 1960, a central pillar of the Roman Storm case.
