Should EIP1559 base fee be burned or distributed to stakers? Burning it reduces the supply for everyone, effectively increasing value of all ETH. Giving it to stakers increases value of all staked ETH, incentivizing more staking which in-turn can further increase ETH value.(Mudit Gupta)
