[U.S. Department of Justice Sells BTC Paid by Samourai Developer] Despite Executive Order No. 14233 requiring seized BTC to be stored in the U.S. Strategic BTC Reserve, the U.S. Department of Justice has sold the BTC paid by the Samourai developer as part of a plea agreement. This is not the first time SDNY has acted in the Samourai case in disregard of federal guidelines.
