The first SPOT LISTING of 2026 is finally coming. At least be decent—there probably won’t be any public sales or new launches. If you’re launching at this point, it’s either because you’re planning to sell the entire project to retail investors, or you have no clue about your own project and are coming up with some hard-to-judge rules, scared that retail investors might make money off you.
