If you follow an illegal order… Then you can indeed face murder charges. US forces fired on troops who defended their homeland and leader with NO rightful authorization to engage. “Just following orders” is not sufficient. -There was no AUMF coverage. -There was no jurisdiction. -There was no act of war. -There was no imminent threat to America or Americans. This was an *offensive* action - and when the courts decide we lacked the jurisdiction to engage in this “arrest” then that means the US service members who shot and killed Venezuelan forces, committed murder.
