CIA HAD INSIDER HELP TRACK MADURO A CIA source inside Venezuela’s government helped track Nicolás Maduro in the days and moments before his capture, sources said. The agency used intelligence from the source and a fleet of stealth drones to monitor his movements, leading to the U.S. special operations raid. The operation, months in planning, combined CIA intelligence with military execution and was aided by a $50 million U.S. reward for information on Maduro.
