Both repo and reverse repo operations were high today, because it's end of year window dressing. Some financial institutions asked the Fed for liquidity, and others asked the Fed to take their extra liquidity. The net was tiny. Liquidity is tight and heterogenous. Not a crisis.(Lyn Alden)
