HTX to Dispose Assets in Earn Products for Pakistani Users

Dear HTX Users, To comply with applicable regulatory requirements in Pakistan, HTX will initiate the asset disposal for Pakistani users holding assets under the Earn products. This process will be conducted with full protection of user assets and will be completed automatically. No action is required from users. Please see the details below: 1. Scope of Affected Products The asset disposal applies to all Earn products, including but not limited to: Flexible, Fixed, Shark Fin, Dual Investment, and Staking. 2. Asset Disposal Schedule The disposal process will officially commence at 16:00 (UTC) on January 3, 2026 and is expected to be fully completed by 16:00 (UTC) on January 30, 2026. 3. Note All principal amounts and any accrued yields will be automatically settled and credited to your Spot account on HTX.
