[Middle Eastern Cryptocurrency Company Robo.ai Applies to Participate in the Strategic Investor Selection for JiYue Auto's Pre-Reorganization] Analyst from Alpha Age stated that a Middle Eastern cryptocurrency company has set its sights on JiYue. On December 19, Robo.ai, a tech company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, announced that it had officially submitted materials to JiYue Auto's interim administrator, applying to participate in the selection process for strategic investors in its pre-reorganization phase. This tech company, named Robo.ai, has achieved significant milestones in just four months, including rebranding, developing a token payment system, integrating with digital banking, and venturing into the aviation and new energy vehicle industries. On August 12 of this year, Newton Group officially rebranded as "Robo.ai Inc." and continued trading on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol "AIIO." Just one month after the rebranding, Newton Group swiftly invested in the DePIN project Arkreen and announced plans to jointly develop a stablecoin payment system and token mechanism to support cross-border transactions and ecosystem settlements. However, based on publicly available information, JiYue Auto does not appear to have actively engaged with cryptocurrency companies. Robo.ai's application to participate in the strategic investor selection for JiYue Auto's pre-reorganization seems to be a unilateral move. JiYue Auto's interim administrator responded to the Daily Economic News, stating: 'The progress of introducing strategic investors is still under negotiation. As for Robo.ai Inc.'s submission of application materials, we are not aware of it, and it is currently inconvenient to disclose specific application details.'
