The 4-hour candlestick for BTC is always a big green candle followed by a big red candle. There's never been a time when it stabilized after a 4-hour green candle—always a fake-out. Pump and dump at this level, probably done it 20 times already, still not enough! If it's going to rise or drop, just do it decisively.
