[The Ministry of Commerce Issues Questionnaires for the Expiry Review Investigation of Anti-Dumping Measures on Polyphenylene Sulfide] On November 30, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Announcement No. 77 of 2025, deciding to conduct an expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported polyphenylene sulfide originating from Japan, the United States, South Korea, and Malaysia. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China," the following notification is issued regarding the distribution of questionnaires for this case: The questionnaires for this case are divided into three categories: foreign exporters or producers, domestic producers, and domestic importers. Detailed requirements for responses, submission methods, and deadlines are specified in each questionnaire. Foreign exporters or producers shall complete the "Questionnaire for Foreign Exporters or Producers" as required.
