Lighter @Lighter_xyz has started distributing the LIT airdrop. I heard they cracked down on sybil attackers and wiped out a bunch of people. A lot of legit traders had their points directly deducted into the negatives. I honestly don’t get it. Isn’t this just the same old trade mining? People are putting in real money to farm: Actual Open Interest, Genuine Trading Volume. Without this trading volume and position depth, could you really make your market share look this good? If it’s on a testnet, no real money involved, and people are just farming for fun, then I’d fully support cracking down on sybil attacks. But who came up with these ridiculous rules in the first place?
