[Ministry of Commerce: Certain Anti-Dumping Measures to Expire in the Second Half of 2026]
The Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce has issued a notice stating that certain anti-dumping measures will expire between July 1 and December 31, 2026. According to Article 48 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the collection period for anti-dumping duties and the performance period for price commitments generally do not exceed five years. However, if a review determines that terminating the collection of anti-dumping duties may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage, the period may be appropriately extended. The notice's attachment lists the specific anti-dumping measures set to expire. Relevant domestic industries or natural persons, legal entities, or organizations representing domestic industries who believe that terminating the measures may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage may submit a written application for a sunset review 60 days before the expiration date. If no application is submitted and the Ministry of Commerce does not initiate an investigation on its own, the measures will terminate upon expiration. (Ministry of Commerce)
