According to Article 48 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the collection period for anti-dumping duties and the performance period for price commitments generally do not exceed five years. However, if a review determines that terminating the collection of anti-dumping duties may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage, the period may be appropriately extended. The notice's attachment lists the specific anti-dumping measures set to expire. Relevant domestic industries or natural persons, legal entities, or organizations representing domestic industries who believe that terminating the measures may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and damage may submit a written application for a sunset review 60 days before the expiration date.
