After taking a closer look, turns out AvA stands for Agent vs Agent. The reason Talus is pushing this is because the tools they developed are designed for one-click deployment of Agents and workflows. Of course, saying 'one-click' is a bit of an exaggeration—it's actually a graphical drag-and-drop system for deploying AI Agents (which is their Vision + Nexus).
