Michael Selig, who was confirmed by the Senate last Thursday in a group of 97 Trump’s nominations, was sworn in today to serve as the 16th Chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as lawmakers continue to consider the CFTC’s role in federal crypto regulation.
