Honestly, I can relate to this too. Especially about the tunnel vision. You just get into a mode where you don't want to do anything else, you just want to sit infront of the screen. Back in 2021 I literally didn't go out of the house more than 2 out of 7 days every week, just sitting there in my bed or sofa with the laptop. At that time I saw no other options, I had to be online. I had to make it. Friends, family, and my GF at that time were second priorities. Making money in that speed disconnected me from normal life. I guess in retrospect my instinct kind of told me that I had to lock in 24/7, because this probably was a small window with outsized returns. When the bear market was a fact in May/June 2022, I was sad that it was over, but at the same time extremely relived because that meant I'd finally had the time to rebuild my old life back.(Route 2 FI)
