ZELENSKY: SOME ALLIES HOLDING BACK AIR DEFENSE MISSILES Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said some partner countries are delaying the delivery of air defense missiles, leaving Ukraine without the full supplies it needs, including missiles for the U.S.-made Patriot system.
