It’s not that the good news isn’t enough—it’s that people’s confidence is too scattered. No one wants to be the first to jump in. Funds are on the sidelines, and sentiment is being drained. A real bottom usually comes with panic and despair, not this kind of ‘let’s wait and see’ vibe. In the short to mid-term, making big moves seems pretty tough to me.
