I just calculated that this year alone, I've consumed 1 billion tokens in OpenAI's API. (Actually, it's really, really little—I’ve spent a lot of effort optimizing token consumption for ongoing tasks.) Half of the tokens were used for content processing on newshacker.me, and the other half on developing new products and features.
