Dear OKX, Thank you for your email dated 18 December 2025, and for your assistance in helping MANTRA to understand the OM tokens held by OKX users and held by OKX directly. We fully support your efforts to ensure that all token issuers undertake contract upgrades or chain migrations to provide a clear, timely, and non-discriminatory migration pathway for all holders. We are fully aligned on this objective; to ensure that it is, in fact, achieved with respect to the current OM token upgrade, we provide the following information: MANTRA will itself handle the migration of 100% of OM tokens in your control. Given the size of you and your users’ holdings, we will migrate manually for maximum safety and assurance that it will be conducted with accuracy and efficiency. The exact process is one that we have used with several other exchanges and is tried and tested. Between January 3-5, 2026, MANTRA and OKX will migrate OKX’s OM holdings as follows: 1.⁠ ⁠On the day within that period chosen by OKX, OKX will send its OM in tranches of approximately 20M ERC-20 OM to the EVM address provided by MANTRA below. 2.⁠ ⁠Address: 0x49589e2a1fe84d07ee7a788bd46b596652f5d112 3.⁠ ⁠MANTRA will then migrate the tokens and send them on to an OKX controlled MANTRA Chain Address. Once each tranche is completed and confirmed, we proceed with the next one. 4.⁠ ⁠Each tranche should take ~15 min from the time MANTRA receives the tokens until the tokens arrive on the wallet address provided by OKX. 5.⁠ ⁠To prepare for the process, we suggest testing the flow once with 100 OM. This will allow us to show you the onchain trace of the migration to verify if needed. 6.⁠ ⁠As a first step, please provide the MANTRA Address you wish to use for the proposed migration process, and we will work on getting the test out as soon as possible. We recognize that this process changes your intended timeline by approximately two weeks. This change is not meant to interfere with your plans, rather, it is to make sure that we have all necessary resources fully available and participating in the migration, and that any issues that could possibly arise in connection with end of December holidays cannot impact the smooth operation of this transaction. We believe these steps provide a clear, timely, and non-discriminatory migration pathway for OKX and all its users.
