To clarify, our focus has never been on whether the project is commercialized or publicly accessible. The real factual questions that need to be answered are: 1. Why does http://trading-test.chainopera.ai exist under a domain controlled by ChainOpera AI? 2. Why do the workflows, interface designs, and behavior logic showcased on the website and related videos closely resemble our open-source project, even though the logo and UI elements have been modified? 3. Despite ChainOpera AI claiming no connection to the website and the site being taken down, Google search results still show its existence, including references to our project name and related content. 4. Why were these pages and materials only taken down after being questioned? We have preserved timestamped evidence, including domain access records, page resources, Google search screenshots, and video materials. Our project follows the AGPL-3.0 license, which requires attribution and open-sourcing of modified content when deployed online. Even minor modifications to the UI or branding do not exempt this obligation. We welcome COAI to provide a transparent and specific explanation of how and why these assets appeared under their domain, as well as to clarify their compliance with open-source licensing, rather than issuing a blanket denial with statements like 'not launched' or 'not promoted.'
