Today, Hainan Free Trade Port was officially closed, and I happen to be in Hainan recently. I am quite concerned about this matter. I don't want to go into too much detail about this policy. From a purely personal perspective, Hainan has hyped up various concepts too many times from the 1980s to now. To be honest, I don't quite believe it. People like Feng Lun and Pan Shiyi, the six gentlemen of Wantong, were first involved in real estate in Hainan. At that time, there was no real estate reform in mainland China. If we were to say that they were ahead, they were really ahead, even ahead of two eras, but every time it was a mess. Many people have evaluated this development, optimistic that it can replace Hong Kong and Singapore, while pessimistic that it will eventually be abandoned. I don't know to what extent it can be achieved, as it is greatly influenced by policies. In the short term, it may have a significant impact on the lightest consumption. Sanya Duty Free Store is building a new building again, and many nearby properties are also being developed. Offshore finance, which requires both infrastructure and talent, is relatively heavy. Don't even think about it in five or ten years. However, it is worth mentioning that before the removal of the currency circle in China, Hainan was really one of the most friendly provinces to the currency circle. For example, Old Huo Coin still had two Huobi buildings in Chengmai. At that time, it was said that it wanted to link Shanghai South, but it ended up nowhere. To be honest, this place has a tradition of openness due to its high mountains and distant emperors. If we really want to develop it, we still need to issue licenses for special policies and obtain some industries like horse racing and spinach like those in Macau. However, it seems difficult to grant franchise rights at present
