After careful evaluation, the Cardano Foundation will abstain from voting in Project Catalyst Fund 15. Due to timing constraints we will not be in a position to provide the level of due diligence and technical scrutiny we traditionally deliver to the community, in alignment with our ongoing commitment to high-assurance participation. This Fund timeline coincides with major project deadlines, important roadmap commitments, the critical integrations budget and other key milestones we are focused on achieving. We remain fully supportive of the @Catalyst_onX process and the valuable role that proposers and reviewers play in shaping the future of Cardano.(Cardano Foundation)
