To be honest, the first time I've been working on an open-source product @ nofx_official for so long has disappointed me. A project that has completed financing of $17M and successfully launched on Binance. @ChainApera-AI should have had higher respect for open source, innovation, and basic industry norms. But we saw on their testing website: We directly used and deployed the version of our Nofx AI trading operating system one month ago. The UI only changed the logo and location, and the code remained intact. Our brand logo Nofx even remained in the code. The home page and even the copy were identical. In the whole process, the team never communicated or contacted with us. If it is only for testing or experiential purposes, we can actually use our product version directly. We find it difficult to understand why it is necessary to modify the UI, replace the logo, and then deploy under our own name. What's even more frustrating is that our system has been iterating rapidly for the past month. We have integrated and collaborated with 7 exchange platforms including Binance, Hyperliquid, Lighter, OKX, Bitget, and the new version has already been launched. Continuing to copy the version from a month ago is not a dignified thing for either party. Before publishing this content, we had already attempted to privately contact the other team through our official account, hoping to communicate in a more friendly manner. If we still do not receive a response, we can only choose to publicly disclose the facts and retain relevant evidence. We always support the open source spirit of the encrypted world and agree with the values advocated by AGPL: The use, deployment, and improvement should all be accompanied by transparency, attribution, and respect for the community, rather than simply copying. I believe that investors, especially those like @ IDGCapital @ FinalityCap @ RoadCapMgmt @ ABCEDLabs @ ambergroup_io, also hope to see the team adhere to the most basic rules. We are a small team of only 12 people, developing over 16 hours a day. Nofx is an open-source product that we cherish and maintain. We are committed to enabling every ordinary person to generate quantitative strategies through AI using natural language. We are still willing to collaborate with teams that truly respect technology, open source, and the achievements of others, and are actively seeking more high-quality cooperation and financing opportunities. I hope the industry can go further, rather than relying on repeating someone else's version from a month ago.
