As for the recent sideways movement, Saylor believes it’s largely due to the approximately $2.3 trillion worth of Bitcoin being in an 'unbanked' state, where many holders are unable to use BTC as collateral to obtain loans. For any Bitcoin treasury-focused company, gaining 'leveraged Bitcoin' exposure on the equity side while 'taming' Bitcoin into a low-risk, low-volatility, income-generating asset on the debt side is key.
