[Ministry of Commerce: Anti-dumping duties to be imposed on imported pork and pork by-products originating from the EU starting December 17, 2025]
Announcement No. 80 of 2025 by the Ministry of Commerce has published the final ruling on the anti-dumping investigation into imported pork and pork by-products originating from the EU. In accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, on June 17, 2024, the Ministry of Commerce decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation into imported pork and pork by-products originating from the EU. The investigation authority ultimately determined that imported pork and pork by-products originating from the EU were being dumped, causing substantial harm to the domestic industry, and that there is a causal relationship between the dumping and the substantial harm. Pursuant to Article 38 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, anti-dumping duties will be imposed on imported pork and pork by-products originating from the EU starting December 17, 2025.
