Many project teams really have a built-in PUA scumbag vibe. 1. If a project team can't even attract airdrop hunters, then they basically don't even qualify as scumbags. 2. Many project teams have a skewed understanding of real users and are even more biased against airdrop users. There’s no absolute standard for real users, but airdrop hunters are definitely high time investment, high risk tolerance, and high capital input... 3. The top-tier deep players among airdrop hunters understand project teams better than 90% of the project teams themselves. Many project teams haven’t even deeply used the products they’ve developed. 4. Truly mature projects should use mechanisms to retain heavy users, use rules to weed out speculative behavior, and build trust over time—not PUA users with points-for-data schemes or by designing all kinds of dumb rules to manipulate users...
