Intriguing and Ironic.. an ETF w the ticker HFSP was one of the worst performers of the year (it was actually really hard to post negative returns this year, only 5% of ETFs did it) and it was doen 22% yet invests in stocks or cash, yet trailed them both big time. Has <$1m in aum so no one owns it.(Eric Balchunas)
