Brother Nai's past month: 1. Waking up at 7 AM every day, going to bed at 10 PM, completely fixed my schedule. 2. Taking English classes for two hours every afternoon (no classes on weekends because the English teacher needs to rest on Saturdays and Sundays). 3. Spent almost all the remaining time reading. Brother Nai thought, if Buffett can still read for 6 hours a day at his age, I’m young and full of energy, so I must read for 8 hours a day to prove myself! 4. The physical stress load is still a bit heavy. This past month, every day after waking up, it’s been reading, studying English, and using AI. Bought a smartwatch to monitor my body, and the day my body and mood were at their best was when Ni Da told me dirty jokes for several hours Brother Nai was laughing nonstop that day. This made me realize that a good mood is really more important than anything else. A good mood leads to good sleep, and good sleep leads to a healthy body! 5. No matter what, I make sure to keep myself cheerful every day!
