First day playing Polymarket, made about $80. Second day, made $120. Third day, lost $24. Wizards used the OKX app on my phone to close half a position at 4x leverage, but it seems the order didn’t go through. Had to get to the office and place the order on the computer instead. Still holding a football bet that hasn’t started yet. Two other bets went to zero directly, lost $40. There was a chance to cut losses midway, but it looks like I’ll need to set up a bot for real-time monitoring to handle this better. Then I made a mistake with the point spread. When I placed the bet, the probability was only 50%, but by the time I confirmed it, it had jumped to 97%. Basically, if I win, I only make 3, but if I lose, I lose 100. The risk-reward ratio is seriously not worth it.
