GPT-5.2 thought for 2 hours and handed me an unaudited exchange MVP. I did an extreme stress test today. I have assigned an identity for GPT-5.2: CSO+CTO. The task is both simple and difficult: building a cryptocurrency exchange from scratch. From market research in Nigeria to the core code of Rust matchmaking engine, everything is needed. What surprised me was not that it was done, but that it really "thought" for 2 hours. During this period, it did not speak nonsense, but instead searched, wrote code, drew, and self corrected step by step in the background. Final deliverable list (rough draft version): Requirement analysis: Research on situations ranging from fiat currency depreciation to USDT premium. Data: I cleaned the dirty data I provided and ran a churn rate prediction model (provided directly by a Python script). Design: Two logo designs in different styles, as well as a complete Pitch Deck outline. Code: An Orderbook matching logic written in Rust. I took a look and found that the matching logic between limit price and market price is in place, and even wrote unit tests. (Note: I haven't run the compilation yet, I don't know if there are Borrow Checker errors, but the structure looks very decent). Conclusion: It cannot be said that this thing can be directly launched, but it is definitely a highly completed draft.
