According to an announcement from the Florida Attorney General's Office, the state's cyber fraud enforcement department successfully seized cryptocurrency assets worth approximately $1.5 million, allegedly laundered by Chinese national Tu Weizhi. The assets include AVAX, DOGE, PEPE, and SOL. The case began in July 2024, with the victim being a resident of Citrus County, Florida, who was initially defrauded of $47,421. Tu will be immediately arrested if he enters the United States.
