Some people say the recent rebound lows are getting higher and higher, which is obviously a bullish signal. But honestly, this view is very one-sided—like looking at a leopard through a narrow gap or being a frog at the bottom of a well. It's nonsense.
1. Right now, we're still in a major downtrend. The overall direction is still downward.
2. The bottom of this rebound isn't solid; it's weak and just a trap to lure buyers.
3. To go deeper, the chips haven't rotated, the big players haven't accumulated positions, and the market hasn't been cleaned up.
If we follow your logic, you should've been bullish and gone long after the rebound on October 11. If you really did that, your long positions probably got liquidated several times already.
