Totally agree with MM's content. For developers, the current Web3 feels a lot like the early days of Web2. But Web3 isn’t a stable career like Web2—it’s a battlefield for builders. If you’re looking for routine and security, it might not be the right fit. But if you can solve problems independently, your income and growth will skyrocket. Also, Web3 now places even greater emphasis on English skills than before.
Three types of people are more likely to thrive:
1. Professionals from CEX and DEX industries;
2. Tech developers from traditional big companies (especially those with experience in high-concurrency projects like 618/Double 11);
3. Outstanding fresh graduates with strong backgrounds.
