I don't completely agree with the viewpoint in the article. Apart from quantitative analysis, the key to whether manual trading can sustain profitability lies in whether there is a long-term positive EV methodology strategy (which may also need to be continuously polished), and whether it is intraday or high-frequency. Therefore, there are often more opportunities for bull markets and fewer opportunities for bear markets.
