This morning, I opened a short position, and in the afternoon, I added more at the high point. Now everything is out of the red, and there’s even some profit. My view hasn’t changed these past few days: any rebound is basically just a bull trap.
Here’s the reasoning behind this judgment:
1. We’re currently in a bearish downtrend, and rebounds are just setups for further drops.
2. The bottom consolidation period has been too short, without sufficient shakeout or turnover.
3. The main players didn’t accumulate positions before pushing the price up—I don’t believe they don’t care about their entry costs.
4. Sharp rises aren’t real rises, and sharp drops aren’t real drops.
5. This morning, there was significant liquidity around 936 and 940, which is the target of the manipulative market makers.
